If you need to use the automatic renewal premium service, you will need to agree to the rules
You understand and agree
1. This service is an automatic renewal service provided on the premise that you have subscribed to the Dreamily membership service. If you have subscribed to this service, you are authorizing Dreamily to apply for a membership certificate and deduct a billing cycle service charge from the balance of your iTunes or Google account (hereafter referred to as an "Account"). The service will only work if you have linked your Dreamily account to the above account and can successfully deduct from it. The failure of renewal due to insufficient deductible balance in the above account shall be borne by you. The current period's membership service will automatically terminate after expiration if the deductible balance in the above account is insufficient. You will be responsible for the consequences resulting from this termination.

3. Automatic deduction rule:
(1) Unless you cancel the automatic renewal at least 24 hours before the expiration of your current membership service period, Dreamily is entitled to deduct the membership service fee directly for the next billing cycle for you according to the method agreed in this agreement.
(2) Users who choose to renew their fees automatically agree to the payment channel to deduct the fees for the next billing cycle from the user-bound account without verifying the member account password, payment password, SMS checksum code, etc.
(3) Automatic deductions are valid for a long period of time and are not limited to the number of times unless the member or Dreamily explicitly and voluntarily cancels the automatic renewal.
(4) If you do not explicitly and voluntarily cancel the automatic renewal, it will be treated as if you agree that Dreamily can make an attempt to deduct money from time to time (even if the amount in your account is insufficient) for 24 hours before and a certain period after the expiry of the member's service according to the rules of the payment channels.
(5) Once the deduction is successful, Dreamily will activate your membership service for this billing period. The billing period is determined by the time when you pay, plus one month or one year of natural days. The expiration time varies based on the time when you activate it.
(6) Reminder: The service fee will be deducted as per this agreement. Dreamily will consider that you have chosen to subscribe to the membership service and agree to pay the service fee. The aforementioned refund request will not be accepted by Dreamily.
4. How to cancel:
(1) Apple mobile device: To cancel the subscription, please manually open your Apple mobile device "APP Store" --> tap on your Apple account avatar in the upper right corner and enter "Account" --> "Subscription". and select “Dreamily” to cancel your subscription.
(2) Android mobile device (Google Play): To cancel the subscription, please manually open your mobile device "Google Play" app --> tap on the profile icon in the upper right corner and enter "Payments & subscriptions" --> "Subscription". and select “Dreamily” to cancel your subscription.
You are aware and agree that there may be display delays in automatic status updates, depending on your status as shown in the Dreamily APP. And before you cancel the order, the order that you have already commissioned Dreamily to renew the order is still valid. The order is non-refundable and non-reimbursable for any expenses that have been deducted before the cancellation operation is completed.
5. Miscellaneous
As a result of changes in national laws and regulations, as well as the need to maintain service order and protect user rights, Dreamily may revise this agreement from time to time. The revised agreement will be notified to you through the relevant webpage of Dreamily, and it will take effect as soon as it is published.
